CitNOW is a revolutionary way of showing you any work needing completion on your ŠKODA. You can see and authorise work needed on your car, from your computer or mobile device.
1. Your ŠKODA trained technician carries out a complimentary 25 point vehicle health check
2. Work required will be captured on film via our CitNOW system for your attention
3. We'll text or email a link to you allowing you to access your bespoke video content
4. The technician then will explain to you the work that we recommend needs doing
5. If you want to proceed, you can simply authorise the job there and then, with confidence.
