You can finance your used Volkswagen just as you can with a new car. Our flexible Solutions Personal Contract Plan* is available on our Approved Used cars and includes 2 years servicing^ at 13.9% APR representative. £250 deposit contribution available for vehicles up to 36 months old.
Our skilled, Volkswagen trained technicians carry out a thorough workshop and test drive inspection of every car before it can become an Approved Used Volkswagen. Any faults identified are fixed using Volkswagen Genuine Parts™. Only then can a used car become part of the Approved Volkswagen programme.

This certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.
30 day/1,000 mile 'no quibble' exchange policy. If for any reason, you want to change the car you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition .
All electric vehicles in the Approved Used Volkswagen Programme receive a comprehensive multi point check where our highly trained technicians test the battery so you’ll know the current health and capacity. At handover, you will receive a battery health certificate for extra peace of mind. All of our fully electric cars are covered by an 8 year/100,000 mile battery degradation warranty.
All our Approved Used cars come with a minimum 2 years' Volkswagen Roadside Assistance. This includes breakdown and recovery services all year-round, at home or on the roadside, in the UK and Europe, with no limit on call-outs.
You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.
