GOVERNMENT GRANTS
Plug In Vehicle Grant* offers up to £2,500* towards the cost of a zero emission vehicle. The ID.3, e‑Golf and e‑up! currently qualify for this scheme, when the car costs less than £35,000 recommended retail price (RRP) including VAT and delivery fees.
Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme helps to install a charger at home for less. The scheme offers a 75% contribution (capped at £350)** towards the installation cost for a home charging unit.
The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) provides a helping hand to businesses interested in installing charge-points on their premises. Eligible businesses, charities and public-sector organisations can all apply, and it could provide up to £14,000 towards installation costs.
TESCO & POD POINT
Volkswagen and Tesco are delivering the UK's largest retail EV charging network, with free top ups available to all electric vehicles, by Pod Point.
