To qualify you must be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), the Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS) or the Armed Forced Independence Payment (AFIP) and applications must be made with participating MINI Retailers between 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. The MINI Countryman E Classic is available from £0 Advance Payment under the Motability Contract Hire Scheme. Model featured is a MINI Countryman E Classic starting from £0 on the Motability Contract Hire scheme. All prices are for orders placed and accepted between 01 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 and registered by 30 September 2026. Models featured may include options at an additional cost. The facilities offered are for the hire (bailment) of goods. The Motability Contract Hire scheme is administered by Motability Operations Limited (Registered Company No. 1373876), City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HB.
