What is your favourite part about your current role? Knowing that we play in part in enhancing the customer’s journey from the outset.
What motivates you in the morning? A cup of tea and a nice brisk walk!
Three words to describe yourself? Fair, factual and tenacious
What is your greatest achievement? Returning to the work place after having children (am 18 year gap) and regaining my confidence to succeed.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Be patient and lead by example.
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? It is refreshing to see how in a previously predominately male dominated industry the balance of women in every area of the business as grown.
Top tip for how you organise your days? I write myself a to do list and narrow that down to a must be done list.
Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Be engaging both with your colleagues and customers.
