How have you seen the Auto-motive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? The best car companies are taking progressive steps towards sustainability and diversity & inclusion, making careers in the automotive industry more accessible to women. Organisations are aiming to fill at least 30% of key positions with women by 2030. Being of a certain age, I personally have seen a huge difference in numbers of women currently employed in the automotive sector compared to the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Top tip for how you organise your days? Planning ahead and making lists is my top tip for organising my day.
Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Never take things personally, be honest, be open and be resilient.
