Meet the Apprentice.

Be inspired to start your career.

Meet Sophie Mann, Sales Apprentice at Sytner Nottingham.

  1. How long have you been an apprentice at Sytner BMW/MINI? 16 months

  2. What made you apply for an apprenticeship role with Sytner? I was looking for a way into the industry where I could start from the bottom, learn and work my way up. A friend of mine worked for Sytner and told me they were a great company to work for with some amazing people working for them who could support my learning.

  3. What advice would you give to someone looking to apply for an apprenticeship? If you are a practical learner it will be perfect for you. Expect to learn at a fast and practical pace with a great support network around you to support both on-the-job tasks and written work.

  4. What does an average day look like for you? Busy! Juggling apprenticeship coursework with selling cars and looking after customers means there is always something to keep my days jam packed – the days fly by!

  5. What is your favourite part about your current role? Getting to interact with customers who are excited to order a new car is so much fun. I love finding out exactly what they want and then either finding them their perfect car or building one up with them.

  6. What is your greatest achievement? 6 Used Car sales in my first 11 days of selling!
