Georgia Ainscough, New Car Sales Executive, answers our Women in Business questions.

  1. How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? Since January 2015

  2. How long have you been in your current role? Just over 6 months.

  3. What is your favourite part about your current role? I enjoy all aspects of my role, but making customers happy has to be the best feeling.

  4. What motivates you in the morning? My family and friends.

  5. Three words to describe yourself? Passionate, Determined and Reliable

  6. What is your greatest achievement? Being able to buy my first property this year as a single young women ( was super chuffed with myself! )

  7. What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Be yourself, people buy from people and when you show your true authentic self, that’s what will separate you from the crowd and become the best you can possibly be.

  8. How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Since joining Sytner Maidenhead I was one of very few women in my dealership, as gender equality has progressed and women have seen that’s it’s not a male dominated industry anymore the ratio of women has tripled. I’m also very privileged to have a women as a sales manager as well as a head of business as an inspiration to all.

  9. Top tip for how you organise your days? Diary and personalised checklists for my ongoing tasks.

  10. Top tip for working in the automotive industry? hard work, willingness to learn and better yourself pays off.
