We will provide you with details of any commission we will receive from the Lender before you enter into the agreement and ask you to consent to its payment. If you are not happy with the commission amount or structure you can choose not to consent and not to proceed with the transaction. The commission paid to us is included within the cost of your finance. These arrangements are negotiated with the lender in advance and we are unable to alter the interest rate (or any other item included in the total charge for credit). If you are an individual, sole trader or small partnership and we are arranging a credit agreement or a consumer hire agreement for you which is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have a right to ask us to disclose the income that we will receive for arranging finance for you.
