For cars under 1 year old that haven’t yet had their first service. If your car is under 1 year old and you want to have all your general maintenance work and tyre cover included, consider a fixed-cost maintenance plan, with an option to pay upfront or spread over 24 monthly payments.

The Volkswagen Electric Service Plan is tailored to your pure electric e‑Golf or e‑up!
Your electric car will require regular servicing, just like a petrol or diesel car. We carry out all the usual roadworthiness checks, but the rest of your service is quite different.
Introducing Volkswagen Video - CitNOW
When we have completed our initial inspection we wont just tell you we'll show you. CitNOW is a revolutionary way of showing you any work needing completion on your Volkswagen. You can see and authorise work needed on your car, from your computer or mobile device.
How Volkswagen Video works
1. Your Volkswagen trained technician carries out a free express visual health check
2. Work required will be captured on film via our CitNOW system for your attention
3. We'll text or email a link to you allowing you to access your bespoke video content
4. The technician then will explain to you the work that we recommend needs doing
5. If you want to proceed, you can simply authorise the job there and then, with confidence.
Terms and conditions
T&Cs apply. Service Plans available for cars up to 15 years old. Coverage varies according to the service plan purchased. Number of monthly payments vary depending on plan purchased for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at a Volkswagen Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. All-in valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Volkswagen UK or Volkswagen Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. Freepost Volkswagen Financial Services.
Saving based on differential between cost of All-in plan with national pay as you go RRP pricing for servicing, MOT, Roadside Assistance, and Warranty. The Warranty cost is based on the cost of an Extended Warranty policy purchased from Volkswagen, with All Component Cover, unlimited mileage, and £0 excess. Based on October 2023 pricing for Volkswagen vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less, and that have not been out of warranty for more than 30 days. Exact savings will be dependent on your vehicle.
Service Plans are available for cars/vehicles up to 15 years old. Offer excludes fixed cost maintenance plans. The detail of cover and the number of monthly payments varies according to the type of Plan purchased.
