Factory Warranty

When you buy a new Volkswagen you also receive the peace of mind that it is covered by a 3 year factory warranty to cover you against and defect or repairs that may occur.

  • A 2-year unlimited mileage manufacturers warranty.

  • A further 1 year / 60,000 miles (whichever is soonest) warranty.

This means you're covered for a total of 3 years or up to 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Extended Warranty

We make sure your peace of mind continues long after your warranty expires. Simply choose from our wide range of extended warranties, and enjoy a worry-free drive.

We offer a number of cover options depending on the age, engine size and mileage of your car - so there's bound to be one that's just right for you. If you have bought a New Volkswagen in the UK or a Volkswagen Approved Used Car you will be written to before your warranty expires and invited to purchase an Extended Warranty.

Volkswagen Extended Factory Warranty

If you order the Volkswagen Extended Factory Warranty as an option when buying your new Volkswagen, then you get the 100% Volkswagen Warranty and you can continue to enjoy comprehensive Volkswagen protection against many unforseeable repair costs. Designed to meet your needs, you can purchase an extra one or two year's warranty up to a maximum of five years or 90,000 miles.

The Volkswagen Extended Factory Warranty is only available to purchase when buying your new Volkswagen. For extended Warranty pricing please refer to the individual model pricelists.

Extended Mileage Warranty

Is your car likely to exceed 60,000 miles in the last year of its original 3-year warranty? There's no need to worry about running out of cover. Simply buy a Volkswagen Extended Warranty and you can enjoy unlimited mileage cover for a further year. Don't forget to register whilst you are still within a warranty period to ensure continuous cover.

If your Volkswagen Factory Warranty or Volkswagen Factory Extended Warranty is expiring or if you didn't have a warranty before but are considering getting one; we can still offer you protection for your car.

Our extended warranties offer a choice of protection levels and Excess to suit your budget, together with optional Volkswagen Roadside Assistance and Monthly Pay as you Go.

Used Car Warranty

The minimum 12 month warranty that you receive as part of the Approved Used car programme provides real peace of mind.

All Approved Used Volkswagens come with an Approved Warranty, so whatever your budget, you can relax in the knowledge that you are enjoying the same level of cover as a new car customer.
