BMW Select Personal Contract Purchase is a form of hire-purchase agreement provided by BMW Financial Services, Alphabet (GB) Limited, Summit ONE, Summit Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 0FB. Whilst we have close links with BMW Financial Services and commonly introduce customers to BMW Financial Services, we do not work exclusively with BMW Financial Services and can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. We act on the lenders behalf when making this introduction. We are not an independent financial advisor and therefore, no advice or recommendation will be made. We will receive a commission from the lenders we work with (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. The amount of commission we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your credit agreement. The lender will always set this. We will provide you with details of any commission we will receive from the Lender before you enter into the agreement and ask you to consent to its payment. If you are not happy with the commission amount or structure you can choose not to consent and not to proceed with the transaction. The commission paid to us is included within the cost of your finance. These arrangements are negotiated with the lender in advance and we are unable to alter the interest rate (or any other item in included in the total charge for credit).

The recommended on the road price for the vehicle (OTR price) includes delivery, BMW Emergency Service, number plates, first registration fee, vehicle excise duty and 20% VAT. The OTR price excludes any selected third-party offers.
