MINI supported 'She Inspires Me' luxury Car Boot Sale at Selfridges
MINI is proud to have once again supported the annual She Inspires Me Car Boot Sale, held in collaboration with Women for Women International to raise vital funds for the charity. It tool place on Saturday, 17 May, at the iconic Selfridges in Central London, this stylish event—often called “the chicest car boot sale ever”—featured new, past-season, vintage, and pre-loved designer fashion generously donated by leading luxury brands.
Since its founding in 1993, Women for Women International has supported more than 575,000 women across 17 conflict-affected countries, helping them gain the skills and resources needed to rebuild their lives and communities. Since its debut in 2016, the She Inspires Me Car Boot Sale has raised over £1.2 million to empower women living in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
At this year’s event, guests discovered six MINI Countryman boots filled with pre-loved fashion finds and must-have pieces from the latest collections. A photo moment inspired by iconic film scenes from the 1950s and 1960s added to the fun, along with two dedicated spaces showcasing the MINI Cooper and MINI John Cooper Works.
Attendees also had the opportunity to take part in a boot-themed game for the chance to win exciting prizes, including MINI-branded merchandise and tickets to the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed or The Devil Wears Prada in London.
In addition, the latest members of the MINI family were proudly on display, including the new MINI Cooper Convertible, MINI Cooper, MINI Cooper Electric John Cooper Works, MINI Aceman John Cooper Works, and MINI Countryman John Cooper Works.
