  1. How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? I have worked for Sytner BMW/MINI for 2 years and 5 months.

  2. How long have you been in your current role? I have been in my current role as Sales Executive since May 2021.

  3. 3. What is your favourite part about your current role? My favourite part about my current role is being able to assist customers in finding their dream car.

  4. What motivates you in the morning? Coffee!

  5. Three words to describe yourself? Outgoing, friendly and proactive.

  6. What is your greatest achievement? Recently being promoted to Business Manager.

  7. What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Use your initiative and think outside of the box. Be consistent with everything you do. Never be afraid to ask for help.

  8. How have you seen the automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Definitely! At my dealership there are many women that are in managerial positions which is refreshing and enlightening to see.

  9. Top tip for how you organise your days? Have a to-do list – starting with the highest priority tasks.

  10. Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Be patient – not everything will happen instantly.
