This recognition highlights the iX3 as the first model from BMW's new Neue Klasse line, impressing critics with its advanced technology and sustainable design. Electrifying.com’s Ginny Buckley praised the vehicle for its smooth power delivery, exceptional charging capabilities, minimalist interior, and particularly its "super slick" automated driving system, calling it the "smoothest and most relaxing" experience she had encountered.

Its product carbon footprint is 34% smaller than its predecessor, making it more eco-friendly across its life cycle.
