How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? Almost 1 year.
How long have you been in your current role? Almost 1 year.
What is your favourite part about your current role? Every single day is different and there is such a variety in what we do and what we get to be part of. I particularly love the creativity side, like designing artwork and managing our social media posts.
What motivates you in the morning? Being a part of a great team and knowing that I'm doing something I love.
Three words to describe yourself? Motivated, organised and fun.
What is your greatest achievement? Constantly pushing myself and working hard to get to where I want to be and ticking off my life list.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Put the hard work in and the outcome will speak for itself. It's very rewarding seeing your hard work pay off.
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Since joining the BMW/MINI Marketing team, I have always been part of an all-female team and seeing how many amazing features we do for Women In Business, shows how much the industry has grown and how many women we have in powerful roles.
Top tip for how you organise your days? I always start my week with a list and then organise my days from there depending on priorities.
Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Work hard and be flexible, there are so many great opportunities to get involved in, so take every chance you're given!
