  1. How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? I have worked at Sytner BMW for 11 years, starting as a Service Advisor and progressing through the Sytner Management training programme into my current role

  2. How long have you been in your current role? I have been in my current role for 3 years

  3. What is your favourite part about your current role? Supporting and developing to the team to deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction

  4. What motivates you in the morning? Every day is different, and I thrive off the new opportunities that arise each day.

  5. Three words to describe yourself? Ambitious, motivated and genuine

  6. What is your greatest achievement? Working through the Sytner Aspiring Managers program to achieve my current role

  7. What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Stay focused, always be willing to take on new ideas, and focus on the team around you.

  8. How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Sytner do not judge based on gender or any other category, if you have an A for attitude, demonstrate a strong work ethic and are honest I have found you are not limited by length of service, qualifications or gender as examples you are given the freedom to grow and progress and this is promoted across the businesses.

  9. Top tip for how you organise your days? It’s very basic, but have a to-do list and tick off each item once done. It helps to put things into order, and gives clear direction on the day.

  10. Top tip for working in the automotive industry? The automotive industry is like any other, it’s not about the product you sell or the service we provide. It’s about the people around you and the ethos we enjoy and celebrate. A successful business is nothing without its people
