Introducing ŠKODA Connect, the online services to live every day to the full! Purchasing all or just some of these service packages will give your car a host of new features, encompassing entertainment on the road, care and your safety.
ŠKODA Connect is made up of 3 core services, each with different functions, but each aiming to improve your understanding of and ability to interact with your car. Whether you’re in, out, or a long way away from your car, ŠKODA Connect ensures you’re never disconnected from it. To start making the most of your ŠKODA Connect services you must first register and activate them via the ŠKODA Connect Portal. The ŠKODA Connect Portal lets you manage your account easily and conveniently from the comfort of your own home. From here you can also download the ŠKODA Connect Mobile app, which allows you to control your car from your smartphone.

How to register
To start making the most the ŠKODA Connect services you must first register and activate them via the ŠKODA Connect Portal.
Our Portal lets you manage your account easily and conveniently from the comfort of your own home.
From here you can also download the ŠKODA Connect Mobile app, which allows you to control your car from your smartphone.
Parking Spaces
Don't waste time searching for a parking spot, use the infotainment system that provides you with a detailed overview of nearby car parks, including opening hours, prices and free spaces. A single click will navigate you to a selected car park, parking couldn't be more convenient.
Online Route Calculation
When you enter a destination in the navigation system the powerful ŠKODA servers remotely calculate the route instantly. It takes into account traffic and current and forecast conditions on the way, the result is quick and accurate routing to guide you to your destination unhindered and in time.
Online POI Search
Find a view point of interest such as the nearest marina, entering your destination calls up a list of nearby results. The detail include the address, contact info, opening hours, rating and navigation. The results will appear in an easy-to-read list, this feature is available exclusively for the Columbus infotainment system.
Online Voice-Control
With online voice-control your car will be hanging on your every word to do your bidding. Now you can control your car with Laura, an assistant who understands normal speech. Laura will help you to control the navigation, media and text messages, whilst letting you concentrate better on the driving.
Infotainment Apps
Infotainment apps allows you to download additional applications such as the Weather, News and other apps via Shop Infotainment system. The infotainment apps will be regularly updated and more apps will be added over time.
Petrol Stations
Use petrol stations to keep up to speed on the best fuel prices around. Browse a list of petrol stations, and current prices any time you want in the infotainment system.
Care Connect Services
Emergency Call (eCall): Instant, Automated Assistance When It Matters Most
In the event of a serious accident, the Emergency Call (eCall) system is automatically activated by in-vehicle sensors. It immediately establishes a voice and data connection with a dedicated emergency response centre by dialing 112 / 999.
Key information—such as the vehicle’s location, time of the incident, and direction of travel—is transmitted instantly to emergency services. A voice call is also initiated, allowing trained personnel to communicate directly with the vehicle’s occupants and provide support until help arrives.
Care Connect
Car Care is accessible via your smartphone and the ŠKODA Connect app, Care Connect allows you to sound your horn, flash your lights, view your parking position, receive alerts if your car alarm has been activated, and even review the status of your vehicles fuel tank, no matter where you are. This allows you to sleep easy and think about more important things.
ŠKODA Connect LITE
ŠKODA Connect LITE puts all the information you need in the palm of your hands. The ŠKODA Connect LITE makes your car more intelligent than ever before. It's designed to make your car smarter, ŠKODA Connect LITE transforms any ŠKODA built from 2008 onwards into a fully connected car. This innovative app lets you track journeys, connect with your local retailer, and even get tips to improve your driving style.
