At ŠKODA North Wales we aim to guarantee the highest level of customer service each and every time you visit our dealership. We do this by sticking to our promises;
1. Exterior bulbs and wiper blades fitted for free
If you purchase wiper blades and exterior bulbs from us we'll fit the free of charge. We will replace all exterior bulbs including sidelights, brakelights, headlights, foglights, reverse and indicator bulbs. We can also give you a competitive quote on any Xenon or LED interior bulbs that may need replacing. Just ask for details.
2. AdBlue^
We will top up your AdBlue for £1.50 per litre including labour.
3. ŠKODA Lifetime Brakes^
As part of our Service Promise, buy your first set of brake pads from us and we promise to replace them when they wear out, at no cost to you, for as long as you own the car.
4. Bring us a like-for-like quote within 5 miles and we'll match it
Whether it’s for service, maintenance or repair, we promise to match any written like-for-like quote using ŠKODA Genuine Parts from another garage within 5 miles.
5. A range of services to suite your needs
We have a range of convenience services aimed to let you get on with your day. You can borrow a courtesy car whilst your car is in our workshop; we can also pick up and drop off your car or alternatively give you a lift to wherever you need to get to. All you need to do is let us know which you'd prefer.
6. Your car will receive a free visual health check
We offer a 34 point no obligation visual health check for free whilst your car is with us. Just ask us to book you in and we will arrange the rest.
7. Free wash and vac
Every time you bring your car in for a job that takes over an hour we promise to wash and vacuum your car for free. If the job takes less than an hour and you'd still like it cleaned, just let us know and we can arrange that for no extra charge.
8. If required, we offer a free road test with a technician
If you think it would be easier to show one of our technicians the problem with your car, just ask. We can provide a free road test where you can demonstrate to one of our technicians the concerns you have.
