³Roadside Assistance can offer you onward travel. Depending on your situation, this can be comprised of a replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation or alternative travel or load continuation. If your vehicle is at a Volkswagen Van Centre for over 24 hours as part of a valid Approved Used Warranty claim, courtesy van hire is available (up to £100 per day for a maximum of three days). Applicable only to vehicles over two years old at the time of purchase.

As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when collected, the vehicle has not covered more than 1,000 miles from purchase, and the customer pays any additional balance. Vehicles under three years old must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Vehicles over three years old must be returned within seven days of purchase. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.

Solutions Personal Contract Plan is a form of hire-purchase agreement provided by Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS), One Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15 8HG. Whilst we have close links with Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS) and commonly introduce customers to Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS), we do not work exclusively with Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited (VWFS) and can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. We act on the lenders behalf when making this introduction. We are not an independent financial advisor and therefore, no advice or recommendation will be made. We will receive a commission from the lenders we work with (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. MOT Cover¹
MOT Cover will provide insurance for up to 12 months, depending on the age of the vehicle and will cover the cost of repairs for up to £750 if your vehicle fails its next MOT. You will need to pay the first £10 towards any claim (the excess).
