We aim to repair all punctures brought into our retailers. However, complementary repairs may not be possible if the tyre has:
Less than 1.6mm of tread across the central ¾
Secondary damage caused by the injuring object
Signs of ageing or deterioration
Bead damage
An exposed cord
A faulty or poor previous repair
