Free Windscreen & Tyre Repairs

Complementary windscreen and tyre repairs for your Volvo

We’d like to help you stay safe on the road with complementary tyre and windscreen repairs at any Volvo retailer.

Whether it’s a small chip in your windscreen or a drop in tyre pressure, we’ll be there for you and your Volvo - taking care of the problem before it becomes something bigger.

Come in at the first sign of damage

When you visit us, one of our Volvo-trained experts will assess your vehicle and explain the repair process before any work begins. We’ll also let you know the expected completion time, so there are no surprises.

If, for any reason, your repair can’t be completed within your timeframe, we’ll discuss alternative solutions to help get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Even if the damage is beyond repair, we’re here to help. We can provide a replacement quote and, where possible, work directly with you and your insurer to arrange the next steps.

Trust us to be very Volvo about your car repair.

Windscreen Repairs

Our mission is to look after you and your car in the best possible way. That’s why we offer free windscreen repairs, carried out by our trained technicians and aligned with Volvo Safety Standards.

Depending on the size and location of the damage, your windscreen may be repaired rather than replaced - helping you:

  • Save time

  • Avoid contacting your insurer

  • Potentially avoid paying an excess

Need a replacement?

If the chip or crack falls outside repair guidelines, one of our experts can organise a windscreen replacement and guide you through the process.

Tyre Repairs

Defective or under-inflated tyres can significantly affect your Volvo’s grip, braking and steering. The smallest issue can have the greatest impact — which is why we encourage you to drop in at the first sign of damage.

We aim to repair all punctures brought into our retailers. However, complementary repairs may not be possible if the tyre has:

  • Less than 1.6mm of tread across the central ¾

  • Secondary damage caused by the injuring object

  • Signs of ageing or deterioration

  • Bead damage

  • An exposed cord

  • A faulty or poor previous repair

Exclusive to Volvo drivers, our experts will always explain your options clearly and honestly.
