With Land Rover Personal Contract Purchase you have the option at the end of the agreement to: (1) return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the allowed mileage a charge per excess mile will apply. In this example, a charge of 16.8p will apply to each excess mile above the maximum agreed mileage. If the vehicle is in good condition and has not exceeded the allowed mileage you will have nothing further to pay; (2) pay the Final Payment to own the vehicle or (3) part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status. Land Rover Personal Contract Purchase is a form of hire-purchase agreement provided by Black Horse Limited trading as Land Rover Financial Services (LRFS), 25 Gresham Street London EC2V 7HN. Whilst we have close links with LRFS and commonly introduce customers to LRFS, we do not work exclusively with LRFS and can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. We will receive a commission from the lenders we work with (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates.
