The top model in the Q range accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.8 seconds. With a turbo charge V8 engine, it combines the power of an RS model, the elegance of a luxury coupé and the space and flexibility of an SUV. It delivers an impressive 600 PS and 800 Nm of torque between 2,200 and 4,500 rpm. Its 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 ignition sequence gives the 4.0 TFSI a distinct unmistakable sound.
The RS-specific radiator grille, the gloss black RS honeycomb grille and the sloping, coupé-like roofline tapering to a roof-edge spoiler give the RS Q8 an immediate sporty, distinctive appearance. All design elements highlight the sheer athletic character of the brand new SUV, available in a choice of nine colours. The exterior mirror housings come standard in black, with body colour, aluminium or carbon available as options. There are two LED headlight configurations and many customisation options for the Audi Sport model.
The interior of the new RS Q8 features a deliberately clean, crisp design helping the cabin feel spacious, with plenty of comfort. The central element in the cockpit is the top MMI touch response display. With its black-panel look, it almost dissolves into a large, black surface when switched off. The sports seats perfectly mirror the athletic ambiance of the SUV coupé, with there also being a RS sports seats option with a honeycomb pattern and RS embossing.
