Maintenance & Care
No one understands Vorsprung durch Technik like we do.
Regular servicing is key to safeguarding your Audi's performance and a full-service history could also enhance the future re-sale value of your Audi. We pride ourselves on ensuring that you – and your car – receive the very highest level of care and service. No one understands Vorsprung durch Technik like we do.
To keep the conditions perfect inside your Audi, we offer an air conditioning service that includes a gas top-up and detailed inspection. Between services, we can also do an air conditioning refresh: an ultrasonic treatment that clears microbial, fungal and bacterial particles to keep the air pure and fresh.
AdBlue is a key ingredient in certain Audi
diesel models system that helps reduce nitrogen oxide emissions – and, just like the oil in your engine, it must be kept at the right level. If you need it, you’ll have an AdBlue filler cap under your diesel filler flap (or in the boot on older models). Your Audi will warn you when you’re within 1,500 miles of needing to top up your AdBlue, and it’s vital that this is done – either by you or your Audi Centre – to ensure your engine keeps working as normal.
Over time, the brake fluid in your car becomes less effective as it absorbs moisture from the surroundings. This results in increased stopping distances and reduced braking efficiency, which is why we recommend regularly checking your brake fluid with us and replacing it as necessary.
Your transmission oil plays a vital role as both a lubricant and coolant. As it’s subjected to more and more gear changes, it gradually becomes thinner and needs to be replaced. Your Service Schedule recommends this at 38,000 miles and it’s a service that Audi Trained Technicians are happy to provide. Applicable to S tronic and multitronic transmissions only.
An oil change is normally done as part of your regular servicing to help maintain the smooth running of your Audi. You can rest assured that our Technicians have an in-depth knowledge of Audi models and will choose the right oil for optimal performance and economy.
The road network is constantly changing, so it’s important that your maps stay up to date. We recommend installing new maps once a year for quicker, safer and more economical journeys. Speak to your local Audi Centre to find out more.
Your car’s entire service history is now stored electronically in a secure Audi database. This gives us a simple way to access information and guard against details being lost, as well as to protect buyers from forgery. Of course, when you have your Audi serviced, we’ll also provide you with a convenient printout of any work done or recommended.
