Audi offers a range of Service Plans to suit your needs, covering maintenance for up to 4 years. You can choose between two service regimes: Fixed or Flexible, and your plan entitlements apply to either.

Standard Service Plan
Our fixed maintenance schedule offers coverage for your next 2 services per year or at 9,300 miles, catering to customers who value consistent servicing.
All-in Service Plan
A comprehensive 24-month plan from Audi, All-in, encompasses Warranty, MOTs, Servicing, and Roadside Assistance backed by the AA.
e-tron Service Plans
We offer a dedicated Service and Maintenance Programme for fully electric Audi e-tron models, including essentials like brake fluid changes and MOTs, depending on the plan you choose.
Every plan is backed by the e-tron battery warranty, covering your battery for up to 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first)¹.
Choose from three e-tron Service Plans², available for electric models up to 15 years old, covering your servicing needs for up to 4 years.

If your Audi is under 1 year old, has fewer than 10,000 miles, and hasn’t had its first service, Audi Complete offers a smart way to manage your car’s care. Cover your servicing, maintenance, and tyres for up to five years with a plan tailored to you.
Your local Sytner Audi Centre will help you create a bespoke plan, and all work is carried out by Audi Trained Technicians using Audi Genuine Parts—ensuring your Audi stays in peak condition.

• Replacement tyres, where necessary due to fair wear and tear

¹Lithium-ion batteries, of the type used in most electric vehicles (including Audi electric vehicles) have a restricted lifespan. Battery capacity will reduce over time, with use and charging. Reduction in battery capacity will affect the performance of the vehicle, including the range achievable and is one of a numbers of factors that may impact resale value. New car performance figures (including battery capacity and range) may be provided for the purposes of comparison between vehicles. You should not rely on new car performance figures (including battery capacity and range), in relation to used vehicles with older batteries, as they will not reflect used vehicle performance in the real world. The Warranty has been designed to cover the costs of repairing or replacing the covered components that have suffered a sudden electrical or mechanical failure during the period of cover.
Vehicles 3 years and older are required by law to have an MOT test carried out every year. This is to ensure that the vehicle meets the minimum road safety standards (please note that in Northern Ireland this product comes with 2 MOT pre-checks and MOTs). Any repair work required as a result of an MOT failure is excluded.
You are covered by the AA to give you the support of qualified, dedicated Technicians. Thanks to this extensive network, we’re ready to get you back on the road – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Policy activation is subject to a successful initial inspection being carried out. This is to ensure your Audi is well maintained and meets the requirements of the Warranty and Roadside Assistance.
