To begin, you will need to create an online account and place a reservation against the vehicle(s) of your choice. We will then contact you promptly and invite you into the dealership, where you are welcome to test drive the car. Your dealership sales team will then help you to purchase your car, providing support with finance and protection services along the way.
You are most welcome to visit a local Sytner dealership and purchase a vehicle with us directly, however, the reservation capability is there to give you peace of mind that a specific vehicle you want is set aside for you.
We will reserve the vehicle of your choice for 48 hours, from the date your reservation payment fee is confirmed by email. The stocking dealership will be in touch within this time to confirm next steps.
You are welcome to individually reserve as many vehicles as you wish.
You must attend a test drive at the location of the vehicle as displayed on the website. The vehicle cannot be transferred between dealerships at this time, when reserved online.
The cost of reserving will depend on the total cost of the vehicle, but can be displayed within the pop up that appears when you click on the ‘Reserve’ button on the vehicle page. Typically, our reservation fee breaks down as followed: For vehicles under £20,000, the reservation fee is £500. For vehicles between £20,001 and £50,000, the reservation fee is £1000. For vehicles between £50,001 and £70,000, the reservation fee is £1500. For vehicles over £70,001, the reservation fee is £3000. For vehicles over £100,000, you will directed to contact one of our dealerships to proceed.
We use WorldPay – a safe, approved and trusted payments service to manage the reservation fee transaction, so that you can reserve your car online safely and securely.
The Sytner Group do not view or store any credit/debit card information. Your card details are processed by WorldPay, a PCI level 1 compliant service provider. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using WorldPay’s authenticated payment system for your security and peace of mind.
Wasn’t your cup of tea? No worries, we’ll refund your reservation fee in full. You can cancel the reservation fee at any time, and once processed, you will be refunded within 3-5 working days. To cancel your reservation, simply contact the dealership where the vehicle is located. You’ll find the dealership contact details in your ‘My Account’ area, and in your Reservation Confirmation email. Just have to hand your reservation number, name and vehicle you have reserved to help us identify you.
Yes, we will deduct your reservation fee from the deposit of your new car should you wish to proceed with the sale.

Yes. When you are using our finance calculator, you are able to get a valuation for your current vehicle and add this to your deposit if you wish.
You are eligible to apply for finance if; you are aged 18 or over, have an annual income that comfortably covers your monthly payments, have a current bank or building society account in the UK and you are free of bankruptcy.
Yes. As you are going through your finance application, you will have the opportunity to select from a franchise Sytner dealership to collect your vehicle from. The fee incurred here is paid at the dealership when you go to complete your purchase.
