We will respond to all legitimate requests via our secure privacy portal without undue delay but in no more than one calendar month from date of receipt.

Vehicle Service History Request

If you would like technical information about a vehicle or service history please contact our dealership directly as this type of vehicle data cannot be sourced in a data request. The dealership will require proof you are the current vehicle keeper (such as a copy of the V5 logbook) to provide a copy of the electronic service history report if held.


Alternatively several vehicle manufacturers now provide vehicle service history online or via your account login. Your vehicle manufacturer will be able to confirm this.
