Exclusive to Sytner Audi, we are excited to launch 3 brand new facilities to streamline your Aftersales journey. You can now take advantage of our intuitive digital check-in system, convenient Fast Trak check-in facility and efficient Fast Trak Plus priority appointments.
24 hours prior to your appointment with us you will receive an SMS that will invite you to check your vehicle in online. Once the form is complete you will be eligible to take advantage of our Fast Trak facility.
Whilst your vehicle is in our workshop, you can remotely monitor the status of your appointment. Our intuitive user interface will highlight each point of activity in real-time. Once all work on your vehicle is complete, online payment methods are available via our secure 'Pay by link' platform to ensure maximum convenience.
To take advantage of Fast Trak you will have to digitally check-in your Audi before your appointment. As you approach one of our Sytner Audi centres keep an eye for any Fast Trak signage in the car park or use the dedicated Fast Trak lane for our centres with a service drive-through.
Once you are in the showroom look out for our dedicated Fast Trak representative and simply hand over your keys. In return, you will receive a complimentary breakfast bag for you to enjoy on the go. Fast Trak eliminates the need to fill out any unnecessary paperwork or wait in long queues. Maximum convenience, minimum fuss!
Fast Trak Plus covers all of the above but also prioritises your Audi so it gets seen first in the workshop. This allows you to stay on-site and take advantage of our facilities within the showroom.
Complimentary drinks are available and you can take advantage of our contemporary yet comfy remote working areas. If you have meetings we can also offer a private space where you can focus without distraction. As you are on-site, you will have a direct line to our helpful Service Advisors who will communicate the progress of your appointment in person.
